In 2010, while cruising' down the 134, I saw a billboard for McDonald's 50 Piece Chicken McNuggets Meal. $19.99 for 50 chicken nuggets. Less than 20 cents per food-stuff. The dichotomy was that, despite the clear lack of quality, I really enjoy the taste of those old-school, fish-shaped chicken nuggets. 50 Piece McChow Down tells the story of what it must have been like to eat (an digest) the legendarily robust meal.
